How Do I Get Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on order over 45$
How long it takes to arrive?
Once you place your order, we generally ship your bracelets within a few hours. Although most orders are estimated to arrive within 10-15 days, there may be slight delays during holidays. Please note that we cannot control the shipping procedures, and we will not be responsible for any delays.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will generate you a track code so you can easily track your order from the beginning till it reaches you. You will receive an email notification with all your tracking details. To ensure that you receive the updates, please provide us with a valid email address. If you have any problems with your track number please contact us at contact@mahalobracelets.com
Can I cancel/ change my order?
Once your order is placed, you cannot do any order changes/ cancellations, unless we haven't shipped your order yet.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided are correct. We cannot be held responsible if the package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information.
